  Poor customer service. They said they don't have the tools necessary to oil change a Saab. It's just GM vehicle. It only takes a 14mm wrench and filter wrench, no big deal. I had to drive down the road, at risk to NAPA auto parts and buy the oil myself, obviously they have the oil, so it's airtight of excuses. They're just overpriced chickens. Especially if you're worried about a GM vehicle, not anything exotic like they make it out to be.

As a matter of policy, we do not service European vehicles — including Saab — regardless of the repair type. We intentionally focus on those areas so we can provide consistent turnaround times and service quality to the fleet customers who rely on us daily. There are several shops in the area that specialize specifically in European vehicles, and we always recommend customers visit a facility that regularly services their make and model.   What sort of shop doesn't have a 14mm wrench and filter wrench? Incredibly unhelpful and lazy liars. All it takes to change oil in a Saab is a 14mm wrench and pull filter wrench like every other car or GM style car. European or what it is doesn't matter. It's straightforward but they "aren't equipped" to handle my car. If that's the case, this shop isn't equipped to work on ANY car, no excuse!!

However, as a business decision, we do not service European vehicles — including Saab — regardless of the type of repair.   Moons service center.. I give you 5 stars. The service is always on point. The team are awesome. From the time you call it in to the pick up and the return everyone has been super awesome. Customer service is 100%. I love how there service is so much that when my personal mechanic closed shop with out notification I went to Moon for my personal vehicle and they have not let me down.
